Returns & Refund Policy
Beautifeye will issue a full refund or replacement in accordance with the criteria below:

  • We have supplied the wrong contact lens specification.
  • The contact lenses are supplied damaged.
  • Your contact lenses are not received within 21 days of dispatch date within the UK, unless we have notified you of a delay.
  • If your goods have been returned to Beautifeye by the Postal Service as undelivered. We shall endeavor to contact you to confirm your postal address. If we are unable to contact you within 30 days of receiving your returned goods, then a refund will be made within 7 days.
  • Refunds will be limited to the value of the original order, and will only be issued against the same credit or debit account as originally supplied. We reserve the right to reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of contact lenses is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used.
  • Refunds will only be authorized once we have received the products.
  • In the case of coloured contact lenses, we will not refund or exchange open boxes if the colour is found to be unsuitable.
  • We are not responsible for the postage of returned goods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept future orders from anyone who has made previous claims for non-delivery of goods.

The original invoice must be enclosed with your returned goods.
